How long is the New Mexico concealed carry class?
The initial New Mexico concealed carry class is 15 hours total, typically conducted over two days. This includes classroom instruction covering state laws, safe handling, and conflict avoidance, followed by live-fire qualification at the range.
How much does the concealed carry class cost?
The Eagle Defense 15-hour initial CCW certification course is $174.10. This includes all classroom instruction and range qualification. Students must provide their own ammunition (minimum 100 rounds).
Do I need my own gun for the class?
While we recommend bringing your own handgun for training purposes, Eagle Defense can accommodate students who do not yet own a firearm. Contact us at 505-385-4892 in advance to make arrangements.
Where is the class held?
Classroom instruction and live-fire qualification take place at Legacy Ranch Shooting Range in Edgewood, New Mexico. Our mailing address is 74 Barton Rd, Edgewood, NM 87015.
