Cancellation & Refund Policy
Student Cancellations:
Students must cancel their class registration at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date. All approved cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from the total amount paid.
Rescheduling:
Students may request to reschedule for a future class date. All reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class will incur a 15% rescheduling fee.
Late Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class date. Students who fail to attend their class (“no‑shows”) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Instructor Cancellations:
In the rare event that Eagle Defense & Marksmanship must cancel or reschedule a class, students will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A no‑fee transfer to a future class date.
Policy Agreement:
By registering for any class, students acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
